Very friendly lady behind the desk who's helping fast and correct. Clear in communication.
When receiving the car key you walk to the blue bus on the right where a friendly man helped to go around the car to check damage en then on the way to your hotel. The car was clean.

When returning the car just parked the car near the blue bus and they quickly come to check the car and within 5 minutes we walked back to the airport. Really everything is well arranged, quickly, friendly and clean.

We will absolute rent a car with Enterprise the next time we visit Napoli. Worth the 5 stars.

Worst experience ever. These guys are real life thieves, they are paid to steal your money. I rented a car in Rome and dropped it off in Napoli. When I met the Napoli mafia that work in the airport rentals, and I must add they manage most of the companies, enterprise, alamo etc they charged me $520 euros for damages, which happens to be very close to the $500 they took as deposit, very convenient right? Well they started looking for scratches were none existed, even tried to charged me for a cover piece that was there but just a bit off and with a small hand push you could fit it just right. Real thieves, they must get paid extra bucks on top of what they steal from you. I have been renting cars all over the world for years and this has no comparison with anything i have seen or heard before. I am attaching an image of the scratch they charged me for, for a car that had 30k kms on it, and they said that was me and I needed to pay for it. Dont let them steal from you

Really poor experience picking up our car. Told us the amount of the rental so we provided our card and then told us that there was a £500 deposit. That’s ok, we were expecting to pay a deposit so please put that on our credit card. Too late, he’s already charged the entire amount to my debit card. ‘Bogdan’ completely whipped out all of our holiday spends and pushed our card into overdraft. He was unwilling to fix the issue, was incredibly rude and unapologetic. Just said we’d get the money back when we returned the car - what are we supposed to spend on the meantime? He did not appreciate that he had just spent all of our holiday funds because he could not listen correctly. So disappointing. He just asked us why we could use our credit card for spends instead - because it’s not conversion free not that that’s important as he still messed up. Bogdan successfully ruined our holiday before it even begun. Thanks ?

Habe echt schon viele Autos gemietet, aber hier erhielt ich den besten Service überhaupt. Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der uns noch den Koffer zum Auto trug, ein brandneues Fahrzeug und eine schnelle Abfertigung haben einfach 5 Sterne verdient.

Je moet veel moeite doen om ze telefonisch te pakken te krijgen. Ter plaatse wordt alles snel en keurig geregeld. Mooie nieuwe auto meegekregen, groter als besteld.
