Abwicklung am Schalter im Flughafen langwierig. Alle Unterlagen nochmal eingegeben (obwohl das ja alles bei Anmietung bereits erfolgt war....) dann mussten wir 2 Stunden auf ein Auto warten, weil keines da war und wir ja erst späteren Zeitpunkt gebucht haben (? Kein zweites Auto vorhanden ). Wir wollten die ggf. Überzeit ja zahlen, geht nicht. Nach 2 Stunden war die erste Mitarbeiterin nicht mehr da, Prozedur von vorne, weil unsere Unterlagen nicht zu finden sind. Das war echt nervig.
ABER direkt bei den Fahrzeugen - es gab übrigens mehr als eines, haha - ging alles super flott, gleiches auch bei der Abgabe. Das war dann Enterprise wie wir es von anderen Stationen kennen.

Terrible service and awful staff - arrived after a flight delay and there was a small queue, it may have been small but because the guy behind the counter was useless it took me around 40mins to get the keys etc. The car was booked via my work so all details are covered by them, asked if I wanted to go for Full to Full fuel so said yes, got to car and it was empty, they changed the paperwork but then have to fuel up asap before I could start my 1hr 40min journey which was a pain. Used the car to travel to Fano and back, got back and firstly tyring to park the car is extremely difficult as no room anywhere, and the spaces are tiny. After a young lady checked the car I was told that i owed an extra €40 as I had gone over my allowed miles, this was new to me as thought i could drive where I wanted in a hire car, I argued I had told the guy the night before where I was going and nothing was mentioned about limited miles, however she wasn't interested. Terrible service who I will never use again.

Very disappointed by the check in and check out with Locauto, an Enterprise’s dealer!!! I had car damage made by a parking man who insists to park the car in Bologna in paid parking lot. When i took the car at first place the Locauto check in lady told me i had basic insurance via my Enterprise booking covering 1500 EUR (first lie) but when i returned the car the check out Locauto idiots, yes idiots who doesn’t speak proper English LIED to me that my total charge will be 470 EUR but actually they charged me additional 470 EUR for a tiny scratch of the car. So totally i paid 780 EUR for 5 days for Renault Clio!!!
The whole experience was terrible!!!! Obvious liars! I will make sure to send claims everywhere possible! Worst experience ever, with Locauto and Enterprise!

Tras haber hecho y pagado la reserva de nuestro coche de alquiler con semanas de antelación a través de Booking, al llegar al mostrador se nos deniega dicho coche por un motivo un tanto extraño, la tarjeta con la que se pagó no tiene impresos los dígitos. Sin poder darle solución, nos vemos sin vehículo y teniendo que gestionar nosotras por nuestra cuenta la cancelación y reembolso. Pésima atención.

Enterprise-Locauto office at Bologna Airport.

This is the first time I get a very bad experience renting a car, despite having paid a lot.

Starting from the website: the car options to choose from ranged from an estate to a small vehicle. I chose ‘Intermediate’ which on the screen showed 5 doors/5 seats, with capacity for 3 suitcases (without specifying the dimensions) - also with the option of adding two baby car seats.

Once we arrived at the Enterprise-Locauto office at Bologna Airport an employee pointed out that the car I had chosen was small, due to the load that I had included as passengers. But the options I chose from the website made sure that the selected car was the most suitable option for us. The employee insisted on saying that anyway my choice was small and that another car was advisable, so I had to select another car by paying a supplement. Having no other choice, I agreed, even if I specified multiple times that the car I had chosen, based on the available options on the website, we’re enough. So it is really not clear on the website what car to choose.

After that, I politely asked if someone would help me to assemble the car seats, given the difficulty I was having with my two babies and the luggage. But apparently the policy doesn't allow any help (I can somehow understand and accept that), but what it’s worse is that I have been told “the staff wouldn't know how to mount it being that they don't have children and have never had to deal with this, which as I have children I am more experienced.” This response was shocking and extremely unprofessional.

I was also given two cases with the child anti-abandonment accessory inside, required by Italian law. I politely asked that, since I don't live in Italy, if perhaps someone can show me how it should be used. But I didn’t get any response and one piece was also missing when I opened it.

When we arrived at the vehicle pick-up, I asked the clerk if it was possible to show me how to assemble the car seats. The response was “just follow the instructions written on the car seats”. She then literally throw the car seats in the car with all the plastic wrapping, despite noticing the difficulty we were having with our two children. And left.

I must also add that the welcoming was very unwelcoming, unpleasant and arrogant.

Finally, the car that I was advised to select at the end was very small, it was impossible for the fifth person to sit comfortably between the two car seats and it was extremely difficult to fit the luggage in. I can't imagine what mini car I would have had if I had left the original choice options.

Overall, our experience was very bad, the customer service was very slow, unwelcoming and unprofessional, and we will not hire a car from this agency again.

Abholung und Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges völlig unkompliziert. Rechnung war auch am gleichen Tag da. Das gibt es nicht immer bei Autovermietungen.
Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist auch angenehm. Habe ich schon anders erlebt

Handwheel of the passenger seat was broken which I found out during rental check. It was impossible to set up the seat position. I was asked to take this car but I refused. Then I was offerred a car from level down category without any discount because they said, they didn't have another one in this category. I refused again, and then suddenly they found another car from the category I made a reservation for.
When returning car there were no signs of where to park it. I went to the counter but the lady was showing me sth through a closed window. Finally she opened the window and explained. Poor customer service.
