Delayed flight.... ✈️ so i now have time to review. Everything is really nice, but it would be wonderful if flights would be on time. Now I have to fly to North Carolina in order to get to Las Vegas. The young lady behind the ticket counter was extremely nice. Her name is Cyndy with a Y. She needs a RAISE!! $$$$$

Last night was my very first experience at this airport.

I have to tell you everything from the restrooms to the lobby's to the waiting area was immaculate.
I was there at 9:30 PM.
The airport is small but very spacious.
Cosmetically it was exceptionally clean and there were plenty of things to browse while you were there.
Because of the time food areas were closed.
The staff within the airport regardless of the airline were fantastic kind and courteous.

Maybe because it is a smaller airport there was very little traffic. However because of the layout of the actual airport itself it was exceptionally easy to pick up and drop off.

Easy to fly in and out in this small airport, you can expect going through security to be quick and there's free parking!

They have a lovely gift shop that is managed and staffed by the local GED Program and they stock a great variety of local goods. I've been selling my stickers and Peoria souvenirs since 2017 and appreciate how kind everyone is and how easy they are to work with. Unlike larger airports, the majority of revenue from items sold actually goes to the local artists, which is really cool!

Easy to fly in & out for central Illinois residents. Plenty of parking & it's free. TSA staff unbelievably nice, helpful, and respectful! Water bottles affordable (some airport make them so expensive), short TSA lines, and many direct flights to some favorite destinations!

I always fly out of here & appreciate this clean, small airport! The ppl who check me in are always so nice & accomodating! I noticed it has super sized toilet spaces that are so nice when one has their carry on's with them. Even the larger airports do not have this feature.

I have to write this maybe for the wrong reasons but anyway, here I go. The airport is really nice, it's a small airport and according to the people here, it's never busy. As soon as you get off the plane, you walk straight to the street for ground transportation, it's pretty easy, again, it's a small airport.
The airport is really clean and I really have no complaints.
My only observation is about the transportation from the airport to anywhere you're going. For whatever reason Uber and Lyft take a long time to pick you up if you're lucky to find one. I didn't see a cab service or other way to get out of here, so if you don't rent a car is going to take a while to get wherever you have to go. This is probably due to the fact that Peoria is a very small town but I thought of mentioning here in case it's useful for anyone coming.

The Peoria Airport is AMAZING with the little ones. This is the 2nd time in 7 months that I've taken my 6 year old grandson on trips with me and they have been so kind and sweet to him. It's really nice.
